FAQ
Let’s make it clear.
Which games can apply?
PC, iOS or Android games with a playable prototype, submitted by creators based in France. We accept applications in French and English. AI use is neither required nor a selection prerequisite.
How does selection work?
An internal jury reviews projects quarterly. Zero One may select zero to three games depending on quality and potential. Each session’s dates are published on the juries page.
Is the €500 a grant?
It is a recoupable advertising advance. Zero One first recovers it from revenue net of store commissions. The remaining revenue is then shared: 65% to the creator, 35% to Zero One.
Who publishes the game?
Games are published through Zero One’s publisher accounts. Your publishing agreement defines rights, responsibilities and distribution terms.
How long is the contract?
The initial term is twelve months, renewable by explicit agreement. Detailed terms are set out in your contract.
Can I submit the same project again?
A project may normally be presented once. Zero One may grant an exception on request. Contact the team before submitting again.
Do I need an account?
No. Submit the form and we will contact you by email. Provide a prototype link, or an archive when uploads are enabled.
